Refund Policy

Simplicity Graphics & Design, does not accept any refunds or exchanges.  Many items are printed/made upon order, therefore we will not honor any refunds.  This may include refunds for claims of lost/damaged packages during shipping. We do however offer an insured tracked shipping option.  This can be added by adding the "tracked shipping" item to your cart.  Shipping and tracking disclaimers are also available under the product's description prior to purchase.
